Have The Best Vacation Of Your Life, In Florida!

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009
Ray La Foy asked:

Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway for a couple or a cheaper way for an entire family to stay, a Florida vacation rental might just be the best way to go. There are great Florida rentals from coast to coast and everywhere in between. No matter the requirements of an individual renter, there is likely to be a one in Florida to fit the bill.

If you’re in the market for a Florida vacation rental, the first thing to do is to determine what exactly you need or want to create the perfect vacation. Rentals here range from private residences to time shares. A Florida rental can be an elaborate, upscale beach estate or it can be a small cottage in the woods. The choice is up to you, but since they tend to vary so much, going in with an idea of what’s wanted is smart.

Here’s how to find the best Florida vacation rental to fit your needs:

Determine the area that’s needed. Rentals can literally be found all over the state. If you want to find the best to meet your needs, it’s wise to decide where you’d like to stay first. Every part of Florida offers its own unique draw, so you really can’t go wrong. From the beaches of Destin to the amusement parks of Orlando, location means a lot. Budget. It’s a very good idea to set in advance how much you’re willing to pay for a rental. Since the breadth of options is so great, a price range will better help you find what fits your needs. Plus, you’ll save yourself the trouble of looking at Florida rentals that are out of reach or beneath your personal preferences. Size. Florida vacation rentals can range from one-room efficiencies to entire estates available for weekly, monthly or even yearly rental. Determine the size place you’d like to use during your Florida vacation and you’ll have an easier time finding the ideal rental. Special features. If you need to have an eat-in kitchen or you’d prefer a place that has its own pool, beachfront view or so on, that needs to be decided in advance. The Internet and area real estate agents are loaded with options, but since the choices are so many, the special features can really narrow down the hunt.

Making the choice to go with a Florida vacation rental over a regular hotel room can be a good one for a number of reasons. Depending on the location and the type of rental you’re looking at, you might even find a vacation rental helps you save money on your trip. Serving as a great home base for day trips and just relaxing, a rental can offer vacationers more freedom than a regular hotel. With all the amenities of home, a rental can make couples and families feel more comfortable during their stay, too.

Shop around and make some decisions in advance to help find the perfect Florida vacation rental. With a little time and dedication to the search, the ideal place can be found.

Why Not A Florida Vacation Rental Next Time!

Tuesday, August 11th, 2009
Kent Krueger asked:

So you are planning another trip to Florida with the family! Why should you choose a Florida vacation rental? Because there’s nothing better than waking up to the sounds of seagulls and the breathtaking views found only along the white, powdery beaches of Florida’s Gulf of Mexico coastline. That is, of course, unless you’d rather dance into the wee hours of the morning at Miami’s hottest nightclubs and view some of the finest anatomy you’ve ever seen (even some that money can buy)! Either way, the view you’ll get of this popular tourist destination is guaranteed to be better if you see it from one of the many Florida vacation rentals that are available year-round.

Whether you visit Panama City or Destin in the panhandle, Miami or the Florida Keys in the south, or somewhere in between like the pristine beaches of Clearwater, you need not settle for a hotel when you can enjoy all the comforts of home – plus a view more spectacular than you’ve probably ever seen before – simply by choosing to stay in a Florida vacation rental.

Perhaps you prefer the solitude and roominess of a beachfront home. Or maybe you prefer to be surrounded by all the amenities that only condo life offers. And even if you prefer something in between such as a villa, town home, duplex, or triplex you’ll have no problem locating the perfect accommodations. And with rates that are comparable to what you’ll pay for an ordinary hotel room, choosing a Florida vacation rental makes financial sense, too.

Yes, there’s a Florida vacation rental that’s just right for you. The trouble is, you’ll likely be so comfortable that you won’t want to leave. And that’s okay. Florida is the one state that will beckon you back with open arms year after year!

dramaqueen asked:

Me, my husband, and our two friends are planning a trip to Florida in the beginning of August. We are trying to figure out where to go. The places we have considered are panama city, destin, and pensacola. We are looking for some relaxing on the beach, good restaurants, bars/nightclubs, and good shopping. Where would be the best place for all three? Where would you recommend for vacation?

How to Find Relaxing Private Florida Vacations

Monday, June 22nd, 2009
Daniel Millions asked:

For years, Florida vacations have been synonymous with a great getaway. Whether it’s a summer vacation trip to take in Walt Disney World, or escaping all the snow during the winter or Spring Break, Florida has always been the hot spot whose tropical weather has attracted millions year after year.

The best way to enjoy that adventure has always been and probably always will be a relaxing and private Florida vacation rental. But how do you figure out which one to choose? After all, the assortment of these secluded getaways is nothing short of abundant once you start looking.

Private vacation rentals are ideal for a small family because realistically, you can find an abode that provides a separate room for you and the wife (together, of course) and one for each of the children. Depending on the expense factor and your budget, the brother/sister combo in the same room may happen, but if you can afford it and avoid it, try to find a rental that has separate rooms for each of the children.

Another important point to think about is that there is a lot to see and do in Florida and some destinations that are inland, versus on the beach. Just remember that a trip to Florida is not complete without seeing the ocean and the Florida shores that it sweeps up against, so when searching for that perfect vacation rental, look towards the beach.

To continue with that thought about staying at the beach, remember that there is the Atlantic side as well as the Gulf side to investigate. Don’t ever sell the Gulf side short it can be just as pleasurable a getaway destination as the Atlantic side. Probably the best beach areas to look at are Maui Florida Keys, Destin Fort Lauderdale Daytona and Fort Myers Beach.

These five areas tend to get a little over-trafficked. However, with smart advanced planning you can find nice relaxing and private Florida vacation rentals in every location listed. Some of the best beach rentals are available at these locations, and you can find a rental property to suit everyone’s tastes, as well as the needs of the family. Whether you’re looking for a compact single bedroom, a nice 2-bedroom apartment, or even luxury homes with more than five bedrooms, you should be able to find it at any of these locations.

Here is some more food for thought when planning your Florida vacations: Think about the type of vacation that you want to take. Will you want to play golf while you’re vacationing, or are you looking for more of an Island Paradise theme? The golf thing is great if the wife and you enjoy it, but what about the children? This is one of the reasons why the Island type of getaway is great. It’s pure family time and a great way for you and the family to reconnect from the busy lives that you lead at home.

Finally, you want to make sure that wherever you stay, it is a safe and secure location. Also, never compromise on the cleanliness issue and make sure that all the appliances work in the vacation rental as well. Just remember that no matter what style of vacation you’re looking for relaxing and private Florida vacation rentals are by far your best option for taking that time away from the busy life.
